The School of Theology and Religious Studies

The School of Theology and Religious Studies will offer the following degree in the first year:

 B.A. (Theology)
 Courses in Information and Communication Technology will be offered to students in all degree  programmes.
  It is planned to offer the following degrees later

Requirements for the School of Theology and Religious Studies
The following are additional to the University entrance requirements:
Direct Entry Qualification
Two or more principal passes in A-level subjects or a principal pass in Divinity or related religious subject.
Equivalent Qualification
An appropriate equivalent Diploma from Theological or Bible Colleges with a minimum pass of B. Candidates who do not have an O-level education certificate must pass a remedial course set by the School.

 NOTE:Additional requirements may apply for specific courses. Application forms may be collected from the Office of Admissions, St John’s University of Tanzania or downloaded the forms here.
Admission is subject to the approval of the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU)
