  The deadline for submission of duly filled application forms is as indicated below. Application forms received thereafter (whether submitted in person or   otherwise) shall not be processed. PLEASE NOTE THAT applicants who wish to   apply for loan under Higher Educational Students' Loans Board - HESLB.
